Remember this from the Department of
Homeland Security a few months ago: “If it is possible to seal the Arizona-Mexico
border from illegal entrants, this could be the year it would
happen. We’ve got an excellent shot at shutting down that
border,” said Border Chief Gus De La Vina. In fact, the influx of over 200 agents,
special operations, equipment

and technology has done little to keep up
with the wave of invasion that is drowning America. Washington
talking head Robert Bonner either is lying or terribly
misinformed when he tells Americans that illegal immigration is
declining. “We are, I believe, getting control over our
border,” Bonner told the Senate Appropriations
subcommittee for homeland security. Since Asa Hutchinson made
his election year speech in Tucson in April bragging that 200
plus new agents will help seal the border, we have actually
seen fewer agents in the Palominas area.
Fewer agents and an increase of illegals
pouring through the San Pedro River area expose an absolute lie
told to us by our federal government. Beginning today, CHD is
deploying 40 new volunteers who will assist in shutting off the
flow. Volunteers will be conducting 24 hour patrols to assist
Border Patrol. Agents responded quickly to calls made over the
weekend and we look forward to their continued cooperation. Hey
Asa Hutchinson, get out of the helicopter and get on the ground
and deal with the people face to face you coward!

Editor: Civil Homeland Defense wishes we
could send our $100 reward to the good Americans who turned in
this unscrupulous employer, however, the person, an employee at
the airport, wants to remain anonymous. We thank the
whistleblower anyway.
But some will say it’s worth
it for taxpayers to subsidize the poor migrants looking for a
better life. I wonder whose social security numbers they were
using? Remember, if it’s that easy for a poor migrant,
think how easy it would be for terrorists to do the same thing.
And why isn’t anyone holding Mexico accountable for
taking care of its poor?
D/FW AIRPORT EMPLOYER INDICTED AFTER
AIRPORT SECURITY SWEEP
As reported by the Associated Press - A
janitorial service company and seven employees were indicted
Wednesday, accused of compromising security at Dallas-Fort
Worth International Airport by hiring illegal immigrants
without doing background checks and giving them access to
secure areas. Named in the 41-count federal indictment are
Midwest Airport Services Inc., its president Karen Sue Rowell
and six employees - Melissa Sanchez Clayton Dropp, Silvia
Castillo, Aquita Boyd, Abner Kalim Anglada, Edward John
Pitre and Guadalupe Flores Marquez.
Most are charged with conspiracy to
unlawfully employ illegal aliens, conspiracy to harbor and
shield from detection illegal aliens, making false statements,
fraudulent use of a Social Security number and fraudulent use
of employment documents. If convicted, each faces a maximum
sentence of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine per
count. According to the indictment, Midwest hired illegal
immigrants and concealed them by falsifying employment and
security documents, “all for the purpose of commercial
advantage and private financial gain,” U.S.
Attorney Jane J. Boyle said in a statement.
Midwest also disregarded government
notices from 1999 through 2002 that said at least 372 employees
were using Social Security numbers not assigned to them, the
indictment alleges. In meetings in 2001 and 2002,
Rowell told illegal immigrants that she
would warn them if immigration authorities tried to raid
Midwest and detain them, according to the indictment.

“California, essentially lost its
sovereignty,” said Los Angeles Sheriff Lee Baca.
“There are 40,000 illegal immigrants in the state prison
system here. Twenty-three percent of the jail population in Los
Angeles County is illegal immigrants.”
Those words from the top cop in California
illustrate the loss of the rule-of-law in America. Over three
million illegal aliens operate in the Golden Bear State. With
an estimated 13 million free roaming illegal aliens and 2,000
‘making it’ over our borders 24/7, this country is
in trouble. When Border Patrol agents catch illegal aliens,
they let them go. In January, 2004, agents caught 96,000 border
jumpers. After arresting them, agents bussed them back to the
border without so much as a slap on the wrist. Why? Congress
won’t allow detainment. One alien said it was his 11th
time being captured and that he would try again. Agents catch
one in five! That’s WHY we have 13 million illegals that
have flouted the rule of law. John W. Slagle, 30 year Border
Patrol agent and intelligence officer, in his book,
‘ILLEGAL ENTRIES’ said, “Terrorists can
easily walk into America carrying rocket propelled
grenades.” From the border, with Jihad on their minds,
they could easily park themselves at the end of any US airport
runway and launch a rocket into an incoming or outgoing 747.
Why has California lost the rule of law?
Sheriff Baca contends with accelerating crime, uninsured
motorists who hit and run from accidents, drug distribution and
extortion of businesses. His biggest nemesis, the 20,000-member
18th Street Gang, is made up of 60% illegal aliens. So much for
Tom Ridge’s Homeland Security promises!
In Los Angeles, 95 percent of all
outstanding warrants for homicides, which total 1,500, target
illegal aliens. Up to two-thirds of all felony warrants at
17,000 last year were for illegal aliens. A California
Department of Justice study reported that the gang collaborates
with the Mexican Mafia on complex drug distribution, extortion,
drive-by assassinations, and commits an assault or robbery
every day in LA County. With this rampant lawlessness engulfing
California, hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens drive cars
without insurance. Now, the Latino caucus is forcing Governor
Schwarzenegger into passing a law allowing illegals a license.
Instead of adhering to the rule of law, these lawmakers support
lawlessness.
Schwarzenegger enjoyed election success
because Californians demanded the rule of law. Now, such men as
state senator Gil Cedillo want the governor to get it right
because, “The time is now.” Cedillo said if the
governor would not sign up to give illegals driver’s
licenses, Cedillo would move forward without him.
Instead of moving ahead to stop illegal
aliens from gaining a driver’s license, Cedillo advocates
aiding and abetting illegals to gain a license. It’s
against federal law USC 8, 1325, sections 274, 275, 277. The
Latino caucus is so large it can stonewall anything the
governor needs to help California out of its horrific debt of
$38 billion. Which, by the way, was created in part by illegal
aliens who don’t pay taxes or infrastructure costs.
Only a few American legislators stand for
the law. “There is nothing to resolve,” said
Senator Oller. “Illegal is illegal.”
That fact does not make a difference to
the Latino caucus now making powerful inroads in California
politics. They refuse adhering to the rule of law. They
advocate for lawbreakers. While California suffers schools
collapsing, roads clogged, filthy air and horrific
crime—these leaders advocate for lawlessness. It’s
called ‘Third World Momentum’. It’s the
reason Mexico wallows in misery, crime, drugs and chaos.
Latino leaders support Special Order 40
that keeps law enforcement from arresting illegal aliens.
It’s why Americans die from head-on collisions on
expressways in the dead of night as people smugglers run the
wrong way with no lights. It’s why police officer David
Marsh was killed by an illegal alien last year. It’s why
eight women in Boulder, Colorado were raped by illegals last
year. It’s why one illegal alien with tuberculosis
infected 56 other people in Santa Barbara last month.
It’s why two Tulsa, Oklahoma teachers suffered
tuberculosis this week. Thousands of disease carrying illegal
aliens cross our borders 24/7 because of the loss of the rule
of law. It’s why any kid on any street in any city in
America can obtain drugs 24/7. It’s why a terrorist can
set up shop in America at any time.
California is fast becoming another
country. But what about the rest of America? This lawlessness
stems from Congress refusing its sworn duty to defend and
protect from “enemies both foreign and domestic.”
No one, since 9/11, has lifted a finger to stop this invasion
on the Mexican border. At some point, your state will house
40,000 illegal aliens in prison and they’ll be there
because they did something to you or your family. Fellow
Americans, we are in trouble.

Currently U.S. healthcare dollars
pay for illegal aliens’ medical costs.
Congresswoman Jo Ann Davis has
introduced legislation that would require that hospitals
providing emergency care for illegal aliens be reimbursed with
a portion of the foreign aid earmarked for the patient’s
country. She says “there’s the hope with taking
back money from those countries, they would then put pressure
and be stricter on their borders and not allow so many illegals
come across.”
Davis says under current law an illegal
alien’s hospital bill is paid for with U.S. healthcare
funds. She says that’s a “bad policy” and it
should be paid for with funds designated from the illegal
alien’s country of origin where the responsibility lies.
Davis says there are over 8 million
illegal aliens in the United States and health care treatment
of these people imposes a substantial cost on medical providers
and hospitals in many American communities.
She says these costs should be
shouldered by these foreign countries, not with U.S. health
care dollars.

On Wednesday, June 2, 2004 at a
approximately 9:48 a.m. the Cochise County Sheriff’s
Office was contacted by U.S. Border Patrol and advised of a
located dead body south of Bisbee. Sheriff’s Deputies
responded to the area located approximately 2.2 miles off of
Border Road in Bisbee Junction and located the body of a
Hispanic male wearing blue jeans, two western shirts and hiking
boots. Identification was located on the body that identified
the subject as 35-year-old Juan Manuel Guerrero Diaz from Silao
GTO Mexico.
The body was transported to the Cochise
County Medical Examiner’s Office for the completion of an
autopsy to determine cause and date of death.
The Mexican Consulate was advised of the
body and the identification to assist with notification of next
of kin. There is no indication of foul play at this time and
the investigation is being continued by the Cochise County
Sheriff’s Office.
