Below are photos of just a few of the many people whose lives have been saved by the volunteers at Civil Homeland Defense.  The first photo is of a woman and her young child, who were rescued in the middle of July, 2003. They were found overheated and severely dehydrated.  To date, CHD has saved 120 lives.
